Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute program strategies in alignment with company objectives and customer requirements.

• Lead cross-functional teams to effectively plan, execute, and deliver programs on time and within budget.

• Manage program budgets, resources, and schedules to ensure optimal performance and cost efficiency.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, fostering strong relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction.

• Identify and mitigate program risks, implementing appropriate risk management strategies to minimize impact on program objectives.

• Ensure compliance with government regulations, contractual requirements, and quality standards throughout the program lifecycle.

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance program execution processes and maximize program performance.

• Collaborate with business development teams to identify new opportunities, support proposal development efforts, and contribute to the growth of the company's defense portfolio.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business administration, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.

• Minimum of 12 years of experience in program management within the defense industry, with a proven track record of successfully leading and delivering complex defense programs.

• Strong understanding of defense acquisition processes, government contracting, and regulatory requirements.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders.

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and drive results to meet program objectives.

• Experience with program management tools and methodologies, such as Earned Value Management (EVM) and Agile, is preferred.

• Active security clearance or ability to obtain one.
