ABOUT THE ROLE

The Product Manager is responsible for delivering products and services that level up the customer experience for Mint Mobile and Ultra Mobile subscribers. Your usual day of awesomeness includes:

  • Working with other Product Managers to understand the goals of the feature requests.
  • Working with the Creative User Experience team to define and test potential solutions as well as maintain a product design system.
  • Working with the Engineering team to understand what’s possible and the level of effort required to develop each solution.

WHAT YOU BRING

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Interaction Design, Information Science, or related field/experience.
  • 5 years of experience as a Product Manager, Business Analyst, or similar role.
  • Experience with telecommunications products and services is a plus.
  • Ability to address User Experience Design requirements and ensure that they can be integrated as part of the functional requirements.
  • Expert knowledge of account-related workflow management from concept through design and development, with a focus on KPIs and objectives.

  • Ability to prosper in fast-paced environments and meet aggressive timelines.
  • Exhibit a growth mindset - an ability to take risks, question norms to help identify unseen opportunities, and drive product & experience innovation.
  • Ability to manage requirements, tasks, and documents related to multiple independent or dependent projects/programs.
  • Collaborative work style and the ability to synthesize inputs from several parties, bringing people together to align around the best options that achieve the common goals of the team.
