Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the successful delivery of projects within the organization. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet the desired objectives.
Duties: - Develop and implement project plans, including defining project scope, goals, and deliverables - Coordinate and collaborate with stakeholders to identify project requirements and expectations - Create and maintain project schedules, ensuring tasks are completed in a timely manner - Monitor project progress, identify potential risks or issues, and develop mitigation strategies - Conduct regular status meetings with project team members to track progress and address any challenges - Manage project budgets, including tracking expenses and ensuring adherence to financial guidelines - Facilitate effective communication between team members, stakeholders, and clients - Utilize project management tools to track project tasks and milestones - Implement project management methodologies to optimize project workflows - Oversee change management processes to ensure smooth transitions during project execution
Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in a related field (or equivalent work experience) - Minimum 5 years experience as a Project Manager in restoration or construction industry - Proven experience as a Project Manager, successfully delivering projects on time and within budget - Strong knowledge of project management principles and methodologies - Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously - Proficient in scope management techniques and root cause analysis - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
