UltraShred Technologies is a growing business seeking a detail-oriented Operations Manager to manage our service department and handle customer service interactions, scheduling, and logistics. The right candidate should have experience providing customer service excellence, developing lasting customer relationships and have dynamic management skills to supervise in-house and on-site team members.

Responsibilities
Delegating, planning, scheduling, and directing the service team, monitoring the progress of current tasks, projects, and flow.
Managing service team members, including the resolution and completion of projects to ensure that the service department objectives and sales goals are met.
Handling customer requests or concerns quickly and professionally.
Administrative tasks include managing and updating invoices, processing new orders, and tracking inventory, and training new employees in company procedures.
Duties include dispatching and scheduling, meeting deadlines and auditing work to ensure that the company's high standards, efficiency, and productivity goals are met.
Setting department forecasts, budgets, and reports for monthly, quarterly and annual goals.
Maintaining a strong working knowledge of industry standards, new innovations, products, tools, processes, regulations, laws and ensuring the company's continual adherence.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, or related field preferred.
3 plus years of management or command experience required.
Excellent leadership, communication, sales, and customer service skills.
Good organizational skills. Computer literacy with ability to adapt to industry software.
Strong creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
Multitasking and the ability to work under pressure and handle stress.
Participation in the development of the company with a strong small business sense along with an understanding of the opportunities for steady growth.
