Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the flow of work and materials in alignment with production schedules.
- Review production orders to assess material requirements, and accurately count, pack, mark, and stock Finished Goods.
- Maintain adequate inventory levels of materials and supplies to fulfill production demands.
- Facilitate the delivery and distribution of supplies, ensuring a seamless material flow.
- Serve as a backup for the receiving process, verifying incoming shipments against bills of lading and inspecting for damages.
- Manage the storage organization, including assigning bin locations and handling inventory tasks like daily cycle counts and discrepancies.
- Uphold a clean, organized, and safe work environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Execute shipments utilizing services such as UPS, FedEx, and DHL Ship Manager.
- Perform additional tasks as directed by management.
- Proficiency in computer applications, particularly Microsoft Office and Excel.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Meticulous attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Capability to follow health and safety protocols diligently.
- High School diploma or equivalent is required.
