Job Description

Responsibilities
- Review and analyze medical records to make informed decisions.
- Write detailed case notes highlighting key points.
- Determine clients' medical eligibility based on established guidelines and protocols.
- Utilize knowledge of the aging process, activities of daily living, and medical conditions in case notes.
- Justify medical eligibility recommendations through written narratives summarizing clients' situations, limitations, and needs.
- Present case notes and recommendations to a Registered Nurse for approval and incorporate feedback provided.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field from an accredited college or university.
- Professional experience of four (4) or more years in a related field.
- A combination of education and professional experience totaling four (4) or more years in a related field.
