Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse Case Manager to join our healthcare team. As a Registered Nurse Case Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating and providing comprehensive care to patients, ensuring their physical and emotional well-being throughout their healthcare journey. Your expertise in patient care, medical terminology, and acute care will be essential in delivering high-quality healthcare services.

40 hours per week day shift. every third or 4th weekend. rotating holidays. must have acute care case manager experience

Job Type: Contract

Salary: $52.05 - $60.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
