DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Identify new Agency relationships in the law enforcement space, leading to new market expansion in previously uncovered areas
Provide insights on pricing strategies, market trends, and capturing competitive intelligence
Identify key Retail/Distribution accounts for the channel. Work directly with those accounts to support efforts to reach law enforcement agencies
Conduct outbound visits to existing and potential customers, focusing on revenue development and brand awareness
Provide customer feedback to product engineers for continuous improvement of our product line and keep T4E at the top of product innovation
Segment customers as it pertains to revenue and potential, including Federal agencies, SWAT, Riot, and Patrol within all states
Conduct research and identify leads by cold calling and qualifying prospects
Attend trade events to expand our reach to new agencies
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's Degree (BA/BS) required
3-5 years of successful Law Enforcement sales experience and/or prior employment with a law enforcement agency
Knowledge of Training products in the Law Enforcement sector is preferred
Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
Strong financial analysis skills needed
Team player with the ability to excel in a collaborative environment
Must be able to successfully interface with operations, customer service, logistics, product development and quality departments
Ability to source, disseminate and properly apply secondary research
