What are the responsibilities and job description for the Regional Director of Community Based Services position at UMFS?

What you will need:
Master's degree in Social Work or related degree with direct practice experience required, LCSW, LPC, or licensure eligibility preferred).
Five to seven years of administrative or supervisory experience working in Treatment Foster Care and or other community based programs including evidenced based programs.
Demonstrated ability to plan, direct and coordinate the activities of a youth and family services program; and competence in written and oral communications, public speaking, and problem solving.
Knowledge of standards and requirements for assigned community based programs particularly as it pertains to licensure standards, DMHMRSAS, host schools, COA accreditation, and Medicaid. Knowledge of standard and accepted principals and practices of leadership, budget, personnel, and program management.
