What we are looking for:
This position is primarily responsible for managing the recruiting, talent and onboarding process for the Agency. This position works with hiring managers to recommend and implement creative strategies to attract and retain the most qualified candidate pool. Works with Talent Management and Compliance on various initiatives and ensures needs are met for recruiting requirements in each area.
Is also responsible for managing the full recruiting lifecycle process across a variety of open positions. Provide support and coordination for HR administrative and compliance functions. Demonstrates a passion to provide excellent customer service for internal and external clients and maintain confidentiality. This position will provide back-up support to position in the HR Department as needed.
What you will need:
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field (Master’s Degree a plus) and/or equivalent relevant experience. Proven experience in recruiting, human resources, or related roles. Strong understanding of employee recruitment strategies and best practices. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills. Ability to organize and manage events, ensuring their success and impact. A passion for promoting a positive organizational culture.
