• Examine systems and procedures to identify potential adverse events, including hardware and software crashes, physical disasters, malicious intruders, malware, denial of service attacks and employee misconduct
• Maintain security monitoring tools and investigate alerts as part of the event monitoring and incident response programs
• Apply your knowledge of information security to solve complex issues
• Assist in development and coordination of security programs
• Ensure procedures meet network standards
• Perform diverse projects in security field

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in computer science, computer engineering or related disciplines
• 3+ years of experience information security programs
• Knowledge of GDPR and CCPA is required
• Technical knowledge with hands-on experience, managing security development and implementation
• Working knowledge of the concepts of the CIA triad and how it is applied to risk management.
• Experience with the design and creation of security and compliance metrics and dashboards for Senior Management
• Strong understanding for utilizing native cloud technologies for user management, security, costing and tools
• Strong verbal and written communications skills, with an ability to express complex technical concepts in business terms
• Demonstrating leadership skills and possessing a track record of managing technical staff and financial resources through various life-cycle phases (cross-functional experience highly desirable)
