Practice Description
Fairview Health Services is seeking a Family Medicine physician to join our primary care practice at M Health Fairview Clinic North Branch. Join our busy and growing practice located in the hub of North Branch.
Practice Details:
- 13 provider primary care practice.
- Onsite services including Pharmacy, Physical Therapy, Eye Clinic, and more.
- Patient encounters average 18-22 patients per day.
- Openings: 0.8 FTE to 1.0 FTE
- Full Time is considered 36 patient contact hours per week.
- Outpatient only position.
- Call Frequency: approximately 1:20. (low intensity - phone consultation only with first tier nurse triage).
- Fully integrated Electronic Medical Record (EPIC).
- H1B Visa accepted

Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited ACGME/AOA Family Medicine residency training program.
- BC/BE with the ABMS or AOA.
- Licensed or ability to obtain licensure through the Minnesota Board of Medical Practice.
- Ability to obtain and /or maintain DEA certification for the State of Minnesota.
- Meet threshold criteria/qualifications for Credentialing and Privileges (if required).
