You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure our brand's messaging, tone, and visual elements are consistent and impactful across all channels. This role is perfect for a creative thinker with strong storytelling skills and a passion for design.
This hybrid role works on-site at our waterfront Brooklyn location 2 to 3 days a week and reports to the Chief Brand Officer.

As the Creative Brand Manager, you will be instrumental in executing brand strategies that resonate with our audience and enhance our market presence. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure our brand's messaging, tone, and visual elements are consistent and impactful across all channels. This role is perfect for a creative thinker with strong storytelling skills and a passion for design.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Brand Strategy: Collaborate with the Chief Brand Officer to execute and refine the brand strategy across all creative channels within the company.
- Brand Identity: Define, maintain, and enforce brand guidelines, ensuring consistency in messaging, tone, and visual elements across all platforms.
- Copywriting: Craft compelling copy for emails, social media, and other short-form marketing materials, effectively telling our brand's story.
- Consumer Insights: Conduct market research and analyze consumer trends to identify brand growth and differentiation opportunities.
- Partnerships and Collaborations: Identify and develop partnerships with influencers, brands, and organizations to enhance brand visibility and reach new audiences.
- Campaign Management: Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and retention.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of branding initiatives and optimize strategies.
- Team Collaboration: Foster a collaborative, innovative, and results-driven work environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience) preferred.
- 2-4 years of experience in brand management, preferably within e-commerce, retail, or consumer goods.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to craft compelling narratives and effectively communicate brand messaging.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
- Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and a keen eye for design.
- Ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working with direct-to-consumer brands is a plus.
