Purpose of Position
The purpose of this position is to maximize the productivity at the Center for Family Medicine using complex problem-solving skills, conjoined with the implementing processes to enhance teams’ productivity. This position will guide Charted Committees in quality improvement/assurance activities utilizing 5-D problem solving techniques, implementing SMART objectives and assuring quantitative measurements are in place and carried full-circle to verify successful implementation of solutions for the betterment of the Center for Family Medicine to meet organizational and ACGME requirements.
Duties & Responsibilities
This position will guide Charted Committees in quality improvement/assurance activities utilizing 5-D problem solving techniques, implementing SMART objectives and assuring quantitative measurements are in place and carried full-circle to verify successful implementation of solutions for the betterment of the Center for Family Medicine to meet organizational and ACGME requirements.

Minimum Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree or five years of directly related experience
• 3-5 years of experience in clinic operations or project management;
• Experience with Data entry and reporting

Preferred Qualifications
• Previous experience with EMR and Clinic Revenue Cycle Management System, including AllScripts, Cerner, Phreesia, and EPIC
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint);
• Experience of leading & managing projects;
• Experience identifying and successfully implementing operational processes;
• Experience of encouraging and running workshops and training sessions;
• Experience with designing reports and work with technical documentation;
• Experience with operations dashboards and analytic
