Underground Printing is a fast growing company that is looking for a highly motivated, self-driven Digital Advertising Manager in Ann Arbor! Underground Printing is a leading custom apparel company that operates 172,000SF of screen-printing and embroidery production, servicing our store locations throughout the nation, and customers ranging from local businesses to non-profits, from campus life to corporate businesses and more! We’ve been in business since 2001.
We are looking for a talented Digital Advertising expert with 3 years of experience managing paid media campaigns on Amazon.com and Google. In this position you will manage a budget to purchase media across search, display, video and retargeting. The paid media campaigns will encompass the full funnel of the customer experience which starts by driving awareness for our main lines of business: custom printed shirts and collegiate apparel, and ends with direct transactions on undergroundshirts.com and shop.undergroundshirts.com. These campaigns will focus on customers within our target markets and include prospecting, engagement and retargeting. You should have experience managing budgets of $500k/year or more, campaign testing, tracking and reporting and setting campaign strategy and expected results. This position is key to the continued success of our ecommerce strategy.
Responsibilities
- Monitoring and optimizing paid search and media campaigns to drive incremental sales
- Managing budget and forecasting results from campaigns
- Launching new paid media campaigns to target and then retarget engaged customers
- Working with our Design team to develop creative that appeals to our end users and is appropriate for where they are in the customer funnel
- Running continuous A/B tests to improve campaign performance and efficiency
- Developing an understanding of customer personas and behavior
- Amazon-specific experience managing both ROAS-focused and brand building campaigns with budgets more than $500K annually
Requirements
- 3 years direct experience managing Search, Display and Video advertising on Amazon and Google
- Ability to modify strategies based on new data or changes to market conditions
- Experience creating or a strong understanding of test and learn strategies
- A solid understanding of Ad campaign metrics and how to align them with business goals
- Experience partnering to develop and manage content for advertising and product pages
- Strong follow through on deliverables and the ability to manage many different tasks at once
- Ability to work within a team and independently
- Excellent communication (verbal and written) and organizational skills
- Bachelor's degree
- This position reports to the Head of Marketing. This position will be based out of our Ypsilanti, MI office. The schedule is Monday - Friday during business hours and some occasional after hours to support advertising efforts during key periods.
