Major Florida retail developer seeking to hire a general Porter.
Main duties consist of the following:
- Responsible for removal of all trash on property
- Ensure that all buildings and parking lot lights are working
- Pressure wash buildings, sidewalks and common areas
- Inspect irrigation system and report any broken sprinkler heads
- Recognize and report all noted liabilities
- Inspect roofs and drains for damage or issues
The individual we are seeking must be "hands-on", motivated, energetic, punctual, able to work at a high pace and a team player. Must have good communication skills, both written and verbal. Be able to work with minimal supervision. Must have dependable transportation.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $11.00 - $18.00 per hour
