Essential Responsibilities - Applicants must:
• Impeccable cleaning standards
• Must be able to work long shifts and stand for long periods of time
• Ability to be calm, flexible, and provide exceptional customer service while working through high-volume situations.
• Cleaning bar operations including glass and growler washing and filling; sweeping and mopping floors; and straightening/cleaning tables/bar and other duties typical of Taproom operations.
• Effective communicating with the team
• Physical capability of regularly lifting up to 40lbs and move 160lbs
• Reliable transportation and ability to commute between multiple locations.
• Familiar with the point of sale systems and execute credit card transactions
Job Requirements:
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Be available for a variety of shifts including days, nights, weekends and holidays, weekend availability a must.
• General cleaning and sanitation
• Complete all necessary paperwork accurately and on time
• Certified Beer Server (MBAA) or Cicerone Server certification is a plus, but not required. This training will be provided for the right individual
• Able to work at both taprooms
• Attend and work at least 2 brewery sponsored events/festivals a season
