Business/Financial Analyst

• Develop and support implementation of Unifi’s financial models to achieve consolidated financial processes across all domestic and global operations.
• Work to expand improved financial models, reporting methodologies, and reporting functions across other operating units, providing improved tools and methods to Unifi’s operations in Colombia, El Salvador, and China.
• Provide expert analysis and application of Unifi's internally developed financial modeling tools and processes to enable cost-effective solutions for complex problems.
• Create complex financial modeling, forecasting, variance reports, and financial bridges for manufacturing and sales.
• Coordinate the financial modeling and forecasting process for Unifi's emerging markets, and provide business and financial analysis to support management business decisions.
• Deliver solutions to adapt Unifi's customized financial modeling processes to the emerging markets where Unifi has operations, and maintain alignment with other Unifi financial processes.
• Coordinate with financial professionals at Unifi's headquarters in North Carolina to further develop the financial modeling process and expand the process to all of the Unifi Group's international locations.
• Coordinate Unifi's project to deploy and implement its internally developed financial modeling processes across all domestic and global operations (including operations in emerging markets), ensure compliance with the Unifi Group's financial reporting processes and analytical tools, and maintain data integrity.
• Lead high-impact financial projects and train key personnel in the tools and methods to execute those projects.
• Oversee expansion and implementation of Unifi's financial modeling processes and tools in emerging markets, and monitor compliance with same.
• Develop and lead training for financial professionals in emerging markets to understand and use Unifi's financial modeling processes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in accounting or related field, plus two years of experience in job offered or in finance.
• Requires knowledge of polyester and nylon filament yarn manufacturing (products and industry) and experience with Unifi’s financial modeling processes.
