This role will serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors. Common tasks that are involved include scheduling appointments, greeting people, preparing files, processing paperwork, and problem-solving. Responsibilities will increase as expertise and experience grow.

Job Responsibilities:
- Reception: Be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, providing a warm and professional welcome. Manage incoming calls and inquiries, directing them to the appropriate team members.
- Appointment Scheduling: Coordinate client meetings and appointments for advisors. Maintain and manage the office calendar to optimize advisor availability.
- Workshop Support: Assist in organizing and coordinating workshops in Lincoln. Ensure all necessary materials are prepared and attendees are properly welcomed
- Client Relations: Foster positive relationships with clients by ensuring their needs and concerns are addressed promptly and professionally.
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to advisors, including data entry, document management, and preparing reports as needed.
- Office Organization: Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front office area
Minimum Requirements:
- Minimum high school diploma
- Customer service experience strongly preferred
- Outstanding phone etiquette to build rapport with and engage clients
- Ability to handle detailed work with a high degree of efficiency
- Successful completion of background check and pre-employment assessments
Preferred Requirements:
- Previous experience in a front office or administrative role
- A background in the financial industry
- Knowledge of financial industry terminology and practices is advantageous
