UNIFY is seeking to add a Title Coordinator to our team onsite at our Las Vegas Ops Center!
We are seeking a self-starter, with strong customer service skills and the ability to work within a high-paced environment. This role will provide support to our members with consumer loans tied to assets with titles (vehicles, boats, R.V.’s, etc. *this does not include mortgage titles).
This position is not eligible for remote, or hybrid work due to the secure nature of the documents handled in this role.

Summary:
This position requires both direct member and team member contact to cover job responsibilities ranging from general loan revision servicing updates, knowledge of DMV functionalities, general understanding of loan insurance maintenance and product knowledge of GAP, MBP and Debt Protection. The team member must have a high level of organizational and prioritization skills to successfully process and complete time sensitive deadlines. These functions amongst others will be performed within the values of UNIFY Financial Credit Union. Ensures full compliance with UNIFY Federal Credit Union Service Standards, policies, procedures and the Bank Secrecy Act.

Qualifications
Requires a high school diploma or equivalent, with two years experience preferably in a Consumer Lending with DMV knowledge in a financial institution.
Requires strong organizational abilities, the ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with individuals and groups, and proficiency in spreadsheet and word processing software applications.
