SUPPLIER SUCCESS MANAGER

UniGroup is home to the fastest growing home services, local moving, and trucking platforms in the United States - and we are looking for a Supplier Success Manager to further augment our Operations team. The ideal teammate will plan, direct, and coordinate activities of designated projects to ensure that the objectives of the project are accomplished within prescribed time frames. We seek to be humble, nimble, creative, hardworking, and collaborative - and believe these are the keys to reaching our inclusive goals.The work location for this role is flexible if approved by UniGroup except this position may not be performed remotely from Colorado.    Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Trusted partner for agents on use-case and product functionality. Manage operational budgets, labor, scheduling, and resources to deliver the coordination of services to our customers and agents. Work through experiences with cross-functional teams on behalf of the agents (including troubleshooting) and represent VOA to provide input into every core product and marketing initiative. Support expansion of opportunities along with retention and renewals. Primary contact for onboarding new agents, training of platform end-users, and post go-live support. Gauge agent level of engagement and provide feedback to appropriate teams, establish a cadence of communication for insight, trends, engagement, opportunities, and expectations to maximize platform and ROI. Proficiency with CRM software, data review and reporting, as well as previous experience with Hubspot or a similar business software such as SalesForce.Experience, Education, License or Certification: Bachelor Degree in Business Administration OR equivalent experience.
