Ice Cream Industrial Finance - Associate Finance Manager
This role will have once monthly travel to our factories in Covington, TN and Sikeston, MO.
Who You Are and What You'll Do
The Associate Industrial Finance Manager position is a fantastic opportunity to further develop in three crucial parts of any finance leadership position: Business partnering, controlling and FP&A. The role will report to the Industrial Finance Network Lead will support our North American Ice Cream Factories. This position will be primarily based in Sikeston, MO with opportunities to travel to other factories on a as needed basis.
- Business partnering with Factory Leadership teams to drive site performance.
- Support factory saving plans and initiatives and ensuring Savings Reporting System in updated as needed.
- Support Month-End close process and reporting.
- Champion for weekly factory KPI performance reporting.
- Support Network Finance Lead as needed.
- Become cluster SME on World Class Manufacturing to provide additional resources/expertise
- Assist/Lead site annual inventory audits
- Supplement site Finance Business Partner for key value-added projects
- Support site Finance Business Partner in annual business planning process, forecasts, and actual reporting
- Provide support to all ad hoc projects and analysis of all financial presentations efficiently to provide support to all activities and recommend improvement to all business practices and processes.
- Provide finance backfill and vacation support as needed for factories.
- Work with ACE team to change and improve procedures and processes
- Assist in the development of training and rollout of new/improved processes.
What You'll Need To Succeed
- Bachelor degree in a related field; Masters degree or CPA preferred
- Minimum four years of relevant work experience required with prior work experience in Supply Chain Finance strongly preferred; Consumer Product Goods (CPG) preferred
- ERP Experience required; SAP preferred
- Business partnering experience with clear, focused and sound financial assessment and guidance (strategic insights, risks, and opportunities)
- Leading efficient and effective budgeting and forecasting activities (complex and time sensitive, cycle driven and continuous forward look approaches)
- Providing incisive and persuasive management performance reporting and analysis solutions across multiple organizational dimensions
- Developing strong personal and team relationships across a multitude of business stakeholders
Pay: The pay range for this position is $83,200 to $124,700.

Bonus: This position is bonus eligible.
Long-Term Incentive (LTI): This position is LTI eligible.
