Who You Are & What You’ll Do Cleans packaging equipment as well as production floor through automated system and manual labor. Performs housekeeping and janitorial duties to maintain facilities and public areas in clean and orderly condition. Removes trash from production, offices, and other work areas. Handles and mixes cleaning solutions to appropriate strength. Interacts with machine HMI’s, cleans pipes and parts, disassembles and reassembles production machinery/equipment. May assist other service personnel with installations or minor repairs. Follows established routine through daily scheduling. Operates and understands CIP sanitation system which sanitizes process lines. Operates electric hand jacks and high-lifts for transport and elevated cleaning tasks. Ability to read and understand cleaning instructions and adheres to safety guidelines when performing work. All other duties as assigned What You’ll Need To Succeed High School Diploma or GED Required. Knowledge and skills to perform this job must be acquired through the manufacturing experience. Basic competency with computers. Basic mechanical competency. Forklift experience or experience with Power Industrial Equipment is a plus. Must be able to lift up to fifty (50) pounds. This is an entry level position where the employee will be trained on our specific machinery.
