Job Posting for Branch Manager at Union Bank Company

Would you like to be part of a winning team and serve your community? If so, The Union Bank Company has a Branch Manager position open at the Marion branches. Applicants must have experience in financial services management, the management of employees, customer relations, lending (consumer and real estate) and community involvement. Preferred applicants will have a track record of calling on clients and growing a client base while serving existing clients, business lending experience a plus. It is encouraged that all applicants attach a resume when applying.

Special requirements for the position:

  • Minimum 3 years of Retail Banking or financial services experience with heavy emphasis on consumer and business development required as well as supervisory experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in business-related major or equivalent of 2 years of successful sales management experience, preferably in financial services
  • Must have excellent written and verbal (face-to-face and phone) communication skills including professional grammar and demeanor
  • Must have proven success meeting established sales and referral goals for banking products and services
