Union Bank is seeking a motivated individual join our team as a full-time Customer Care Supervisor you will be both, a first line supervisor of the Customer Care Associates and a direct customer service provider. The Supervisor will share in and model primary telephone support in a professional and courteous manner to customers with questions, concerns and issues regarding Deposit Operation, Digital Banking and Loan Servicing. Any calls not able to be handled at this level will be appropriately forwarded to other bank staff. This individual will also be responsible for assisting bank staff with customer related issues and handle a wider and more complex array of issues than other Customer Care Team members. In the supervisory role, the incumbent will provide support and feedback to Customer Care Associates, handle escalated calls, develop staffing schedules, participate in hiring decisions, and draft performance reviews.
