Paralegal Essential Job Duties:

• Will report directly to Corporate Counsel.
• Supports Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Counsel with respect to billing, fraud/abuse, and related projects.
• Assists in the preparation of legal documents, contracts, and agreements.
• Conduct legal research and identify relevant statutes, regulations, case law, and other legal sources.
• Assist with general legal matters as requested.

Education, Training & Experience

1. Minimum three years of law firm experience or equivalent education.
2. Degree in Paralegal Studies required.
3. Previous healthcare experience preferred but not required.
4. Attention to detail.
5. Ability to multitask.
6. Works well in a team environment.
7. Expected to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
