Position requirements:
- Minimum of Bachelor's degree with 2 years experience in Healthcare related field such as Information Systems, Medical Records, Project Management, or associated area.
- PMP required
- Excellent project management skills; creates plans for projects including deadlines and critical paths.
- Strong organizational skills, must be able to multitask effectively.
- Assists staff in the prioritization of IT projects and tasks.
- Ability to delegate tasks within IT.
- Decision-making, in the absence of management for Information Systems.
- Communicates effectively with co-workers, supervisors and customers using tact and diplomacy.
- Experience with physician offices or hospitals preferred.
- Must meet and deal successfully with a wide variety of people
- Must have analytic skills and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
- Must be accomplished in written and verbal business communication.
- Flexible work schedule as required: shifts, weekends, and holidays. May be on call.
