Finance & Insurance Manager

Duties:
- Manage the finance and insurance business for Union Marine
- Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with customers
- Conduct credit analysis and determine financing options for customers
- Process loan applications and accurately complete all necessary paperwork
- Negotiate terms and conditions with financial institutions to secure favorable rates for customers
- Assist customers with the financing process and ensure all necessary documentation is completed accurately
- Sell additional finance and insurance products to customers
- Collaborate with sales team to ensure smooth transaction process
- Maintain compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations, including TILA (Truth in Lending Act)
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any finance-related issues

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in the finance industry. Prior dealership or real estate financing a plus.
- Strong knowledge of finance and insurance products, processes, and regulations
- Proficient in credit analysis and loan processing
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Ability to effectively communicate complex financial information to customers
- Strong mathematical skills for calculating loan terms, interest rates, etc.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
