Jaguar Automotive Sales Consultant

We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Jaguar Sales Assistant. As a Sales Assistant, you will play a crucial role in assisting customers throughout their vehicle purchasing journey. Your main responsibilities will include providing exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with customers, and working closely with the Sales team to meet sales targets.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education in sales or a related field is a plus
- Proven experience in sales, preferably within the automotive industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
- Familiarity with Jaguar vehicles and their features is preferred
- Proficiency in using sales CRM systems and other relevant software applications

Responsibilities:
- Greet and engage with customers to understand their vehicle needs and preferences
- Provide product information, answer questions, and explain features and benefits of Jaguar vehicles
- Assist customers in test driving vehicles and provide comprehensive demonstrations
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers throughout the sales process and beyond
- Collaborate with the Sales team to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
- Conduct sales negotiations, handle objections, and close deals effectively
- Work closely with the Finance and Insurance team to finalize paperwork and complete the sales process
- Follow up with customers after the sale to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns or issues
- Keep up to date with industry trends, new Jaguar models, and competitive offerings
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets on a consistent basis
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system

Pay: $45,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
