Buick/GMC Pre-owned Sales Advisor

**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a Buick/GMC Pre-owned Sales Advisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting customers in finding the perfect pre-owned Buick or GMC vehicle to meet their needs. The Sales Advisor will provide exceptional customer service, build rapport with clients, and guide them through the sales process.

**Responsibilities:**

• Assist customers in selecting pre-owned Buick or GMC vehicles by understanding their needs and preferences.
• Conduct test drives and demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of each vehicle.
• Provide pricing information and negotiate sales to close deals effectively.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Buick/GMC products, features, and accessories.
• Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure a smooth transition and address any concerns.

**Qualifications:**

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Proven work experience in automotive sales or a similar sales role.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
• Strong knowledge of Buick/GMC vehicles and features.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
• Customer-focused with a positive attitude and professional demeanor.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
