Growing waste disposal facility in Conroe Texas is searching for a customer service representative. This is a work from the office position. The expectation of this position is to manage incoming calls and samples, support outside sales, as well as identifying and assessing customer needs to achieve satisfaction and business growth.
Experience
· Proficient computer skills with the ability to learn new software. - experience with excel, word, email, adobe, quick books

Requirements and Skills
· Interacts with customers via telephone, email, text, and in person to provide support
· Collect and process orders for both new and existing customers
· Fields customer calls & questions.
· Maintains customer accounts and records of customer interactions with details of inquiries & comments.
· Process and follow up on profiles through completion
· Assist in the compilation and distribution of reports
· Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
· Participate in training and development programs to improve customer service skills, knowledge, and safety
· Contribute to team goals and initiatives to improve customer satisfaction and retention
· Actions to be in progression of securing the sale, business growth, and solidifying the relationship.
· Collaborate with the team to share knowledge and provide the best customer service.

Job Responsibilities
· Identify and support customers.
· Support outside sales representatives
· Providing introductory information to new & potential customers
· Learn and understand Union’s services to provide customers and prospects assistance effectively.
· Answering phone calls, emails, and texts
· Participate in meetings and collaborate with the team to discover new communication strategies and maintain knowledge about Union
· Work with clients who have concerns, orders, or require information about Union .
· Provide solutions that fit those individualized situations and
· Prioritize the customers' needs at each step of the process.
· Pick up samples
· Research potential customers (prospects). Identify and qualify prospects
· F/U with existing customers
· Review and evaluate reports
· Compile customer reports
· Manage profiles
· Ensure proper paperwork received to set up accts
· Verify customer accts are up to date and accurate
· Monitor loads
· Pull data for customers
· Look up information for customers
· Process profiles
· Keep track of pending profiles and follow up, as needed
· Be a backup for data entry/billing/load data entry
· Learn the Union process
