UnionHub is looking for a passionate Project Manager to help manage and support the day-to-day tasks and deployments of our engineering team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management within technical teams, with a solid understanding of DevOps workflows and an ability to prioritize and execute multiple projects effectively. In this role, you will work closely with our engineering and product teams to manage project timelines, scope out work, and ensure successful releases. You’ll collaborate with QA to make sure everything is approved for release, manage project transitions, and help shape our overall development process. Key responsibilities include: managing project timelines and deliverables, facilitating team meetings, and coordinating between Product and Engineering to ensure clear communication and smooth project execution.

Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate meetings with team members to scope workloads, review success criteria, and ensure project timelines stay on track.
  • Collaborate with engineers and product teams to scope out projects in detail and prioritize tasks based on deadlines.
  • Manage communication between Product and Engineering teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Oversee project releases, write release notes, and manage transitions into production.
  • Partner with QA to ensure all items prepared for release have been properly reviewed and approved.
  • Help reprioritize tasks to ensure we meet key deadlines and deliverables.


Required Qualifications:
  • Experience as a Project Manager or SCRUM Master in a technical environment.
  • Familiarity with DevOps workflows and principles.
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills to manage cross-functional teams and drive project success.
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability to changing priorities.


Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience utilizing Azure DevOps.
  • Experience in release management and overseeing software deployments.
  • Bonus if you have worked in an agile or SCRUM-based team environment.

Salary : $60,000 - $80,000
