What are the responsibilities and job description for the File Clerk (Part Time) position at UNIQLO?
Position Overview:
We are looking for a well-organized and neat File Clerk to join our HR team! As a File Clerk you will take care of file management and maintenance. You will be responsible for organizing all the paperwork according to an efficient filing system.
Job Responsibilities:
- Track and manage all the incoming paperwork and make copies before filing and distributing
- Sort all papers alphabetically
- Sort according to content type, dates, significance etc.
- Store all paperwork in designated places
- Enter paperwork into an electronic system
- Follow policies and procedures for personal data protection
- Providing quality control to ensure the documents were properly filed
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
Qualifications:
- 6 months experience as file clerk or similar role
- Proficiency in using office equipment such as scanners, copiers, and printers
- Good knowledge of filing systems
- Good time-management skills
- Great attention to detail
- High school degree or equivalent
Hours
- Max 35h/week
$19.00/hr. *
