In this role, you will be responsible for handling incoming calls, emails, and online chats from customers who require assistance with their telecommunication services. You will need to have a strong understanding of our products and services to effectively troubleshoot and resolve customer issues. Additionally, you will be responsible for accurately entering and updating customer information into our database.
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls, emails, and online chats from customers promptly and politely
- Provide exceptional customer service by effectively resolving customer inquiries and concerns
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide appropriate solutions
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure prompt resolution of customer issues
- Stay up to date on our products and services to provide accurate information to customers
- Upsell additional products and services to customers as appropriate
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations
- Basic knowledge of computer systems and software applications
- Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required
