Business Analyst Reverse Logistics
Unis Fulfillment LLC is looking for a Business Analyst Reverse Logistics.
Responsibility
- Explore the opportunity for function and system performance improvement to maximize operation productivity, efficiency, and accuracy.
- Create user manuals and instructions for projects and functions and provide training sessions for users.
- Evaluate user problem and analyze the root cause of the issue.
- Refine user interface and user experience.
- Compose RMS SOP and release version documentation.
- Illustrate with process flowchart and brief user interface design to development team.
- Perform and design testing case to ensure all the integration scope meet the expectation from RMS platform perspective.
Qualification
- 2 years of reverse logistics related operation experience
- Fundamental analytical skills and conceptual thinking skills
- Competency in Excel and data analysis
- Exception communication skill with influence stakeholders and system user to determine acceptable solutions.
Preferable
- Speak Chinese
- Have knowledge related to either of following process: manufacturing production process, IQC process, or repair process?
- Have knowledge related to e-waste.
