Unison Health, a leading resource for people seeking access to behavioral health, substance abuse treatment and primary healthcare services in northwest Ohio is seeking passionate individuals to join us in our mission of “creating hope through superior integrated community health care”.
LSW/LPC needed to complete diagnostic assessments and provide group therapy to clients as they transition from homelessness to housing. This position will be located in the Unison Health office at the Cherry Street Mission Life Revitalization Center. The qualified candidate will be the point of contact to enroll new clients in the Care Navigator services at the Mission. This individual will work as part of a team that collaborates internally with various departments as well as externally with community partners.
Qualified candidates must have strong clinical skills including the ability to make clinical decisions, knowledge of therapeutic principles and practices, thorough knowledge of DSM-5 and strong group process skills.. Knowledge of the behavioral health and homeless system is required. Master’s degree and Ohio licensure as an LPC or LSW required.
