What success looks like in this role:

Develops specific partner business plan based on growth strategies and programs in alignment with the company's strategic objectives. The top priority is to identify and execute specific revenue generating initiatives by targeting and planning initiatives with specific strategic alliance partners managed across Unisys business units. Conducts new business development activities directed by a BU strategy to identify, foster and create new revenue producing engagements with targeted clients and prospects in the Cloud, Digital Workplace Services and Security markets. Engages with existing strategic partners to identify and execute programs to drive new sources of revenue growth. Responsible for developing and managing partner pipelines working closely with field sales leadership teams.

Key Qualifications

* Understand the company's growth strategies and effectively translates strategy into actionable partner plan and programs that can be implemented with existing strategic alliance partners to drive revenue.
* Performs comprehensive analysis of strategic partners to develop compelling revenue producing programs that best aligns with business unit solution offerings.
* Accountable for meeting partner revenue growth goals as established in annual partner business plans and agreed with key BU stakeholders.
* Locates or proposes potential business deals by engaging strategic partners; discovering and exploring opportunities.
* Engages with key BU stakeholders to execute business development programs and deliver planned success metrics - with performance goals tied to revenue based goals and objectives.
* Manages relationships across all relevant BUs. Accountable for the revenue generation portion of the partner business plans. Measures achievement against annual revenue goals as defined by senior leadership (e.g., annual revenue, Y/Y growth, new market selection and penetration).
* Collaborates with sales enableent, sales and/or delivery teams to identify and close partner based sales activities. Manages global execution of the partner revenue goals.
* Maintains senior level interaction with strategic alliances, industry influencers, and key Unisys executives and stakeholders.

You will be successful in this role if you have:

* Requires a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of five years' experience in alliance management, business development and/or sales.
* 10 years of related experience working with partners, channels or ISVs in a new business development capacity with revenue growth responsibility and proven results.
* Dominant sales / business development presence and ability to work with Unisys and partner sales leaders.
* Direct sales and/or business development experience working with Microsoft and Amazon Web Services.
* Highly self-motivated individual with keen sense for converting conceptual ideas into sales programs that produce tangible results.
* Strong desire to exceed rewarding compensation package closely aligned to revenue results.
o Ability to work on both strategic and tactical implementation plans with partners.
o Effectively collaborate with all stakeholders, (Sales, Marketing and Services).
