As a part of the Client Metrics & Reporting Solutions leveraged team, deliver advanced business intelligence (BI) solutions that provide actionable data, information, and insights to internal and external clients around the world.

As a part of multiple cross-functional teams, develop technical reporting solutions to meet business needs within the time specified.
Utilize your requirements gathering, database, query language(s), business intelligence, and visualizations experience to integrate data from multiple sources.
Interfaces with Account Management, IT Service Delivery, and Clients to provide (develop, generate, maintain, automate, and improve) timely consumable metric visualizations of historical operational, asset, service level, and/or financial data to enable business decisions on multiple selected accounts.
Be compliant with Measurements and Reporting, Business Analysis, Knowledge Management, and Continual Improvement best practices and other interfaced ITIL 4 best practices.
Be accountable for data- and reporting-related Incident Management, Service Request Management, Problem Management, Service Level Management, and Change Enablement practice compliance.

Complete data- and reporting-related project tasks by agreed-upon milestone dates.

You will be successful in this role if you have:

Applicants must be eligible to obtain a US Secret Clearance. A clearance is not required to apply.
Key Qualifications:
A full-time bachelor's degree in IT or have a minimum 3 years of recent experience with and knowledge of:
- Microsoft SQL
- Azure Databricks
- Power BI
- Microsoft Business Intelligence (MSBI)
- Experience with any of the following three Enterprise Reporting Suite like - Business Objects / MicroStrategy / Tableau is very advantageous.
- Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access and Outlook
ITIL knowledge or experience. ITIL service desk domain reporting knowledge is very good to have.
Experienced in delivering high caliber soft skills including time management, interpersonal skills (e.g. courtesy, patience, and professionalism), workflow management and customer service.
Should be able to understands Unisys business and financial strategies and is able to operate successfully with little supervision.
Advanced writing skills with the ability to clearly articulate details for use in financial reports and documentation.
