Overview:
HeyDay Facilities Technicians are responsible for the overall
operations of bowling, entertainment, sound/audio equipment, and all aspects of
the facility. Their job is to maintain
all outside and inside components of the facility. The technician must complete all required
training and attend all regularly scheduled meetings. Technicians report to the Facilities Manager
for daily responsibilities and weekly schedules and respond to all tech requests
throughout their shift. Technicians must facilitate guest experiences the
HeyDay Way by embracing HeyDay’s core values.
Essential Duties:
- Responds
to customer/employee complaints of machine malfunction; analyzes the
mechanism to find the root of the problem. - Assist
the Facility manager with the installation, maintenance, and repairs both
mechanical and circuitry issues throughout the facilities. - Maintain
the cleanliness of the outside and inside components of the facility. - Able
to readily identify the most common problem with components like controls
and audio systems. - Must
be able to stay on task and complete assigned projects in a timely
manner. - Performs
routine maintenance and tech requests. - Maintain
a clean and organized workshop. - Cleans
up and removes all debris upon completion of projects. - Ability
to work varying shifts, weekends and holidays, as well as overtime to
support business needs. - Other
duties may be assigned. - Follows
up to complete any assigned work. - Maintains
high ethical standards in the workplace. - Reports
all irregular issues and problems to upper management for solution. - Maintains
good communication with all departments and guest. - Complies
and maintains confidentiality of all company policies and procedures. - Responsible
for maintaining a clean and safe working area.
