Key Responsibilities:
The Digital Compliance Principal Analysts are part of a Cybersecurity team that is accountable for ensuring delivery of organizational goals and is responsible for defining, implementing, and enhancing the Digital Compliance strategy & programs. Principal Analysts provide ongoing direction and support to ensure compliance targets and business strategies are implemented and delivered in accordance with compliance and regulatory requirements, risk appetite, organizational risk practices, and evolving business practices. Each Principal Analyst maintains ongoing relationships with Digital Technology, Cybersecurity, and business teams for information sharing, and to identify, evaluate, and implement appropriate solutions to meet cybersecurity and compliance objectives.
The team has two current openings:
Opening A
- Serves as a subject matter expert on Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement / Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (DFARS/CMMC) and defines compliance strategy.
- Provides guidance on DFARS/CMMC regulatory expectations, industry norms, appropriate controls, and documents risks/issues with mitigation plans.
- Coordinates with external auditors and internal control owners to conduct various audits/assessments for DFARS/CMMC compliance.
Opening B
- Serves as a subject matter expert on company policies and standards, external frameworks (e.g., NIST 800-53, NIST 800-171) and helps design appropriate controls to requirements,
- Provides guidance on regulatory/compliance frameworks, regulatory/compliance expectations, industry norms, appropriate controls, and documents risks/issues with mitigation plans.
- Coordinates with external auditors, internal auditors, and internal control owners to conduct various internal and external audits/assessments.
Both Roles
- Drive compliance via insights and metrics. Create reports and communicate complex information, concepts, and metrics in a confident and well-organized manner through verbal, written, and visual means, and tailored to the audience including cross-functional groups and multiple levels of leadership
- Collaborates with Digital Technology, Business teams and other internal/external partners to build relationships supporting accountabilities
- Develops & leads engaging and valuable learning opportunities to the global workforce, that reduce cyber risk for the business
- These programs include, immersive lessons (tabletop exercises, lunch & learns), micro-learnings (email, surveys, media-based communications, etc.), and incentivized training and cyber remediation programs (cyber certifications, reward programs, etc.) Interpret and apply relevant laws, regulations, policies, and related guidance to implement or enhance processes or programs, and to identify gaps in support of cybersecurity responsibilities

Qualifications
What’s needed to succeed (Minimum Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree required
- Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or related field experience
- 9 years
- Proficient skills in assessing security controls based on cybersecurity principles and tenets
- Skilled in communicating with all levels of management (e.g., interpersonal skills, approachability, effective listening skills, appropriate use of style and language for the audience)
- Skilled at interpreting patterns of noncompliance to determine their impact on levels of risk and/or overall effectiveness of the enterprise’s cybersecurity program
- Ability to perform in a dynamic environment with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship
- Successful completion of interview required to meet job qualification
- Reliable, punctual attendance is an essential function of the position

Pay Range: $121,767 to $185,130
