Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven District Manager to lead our sales team in Attleboro. As the District Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of sales operations, driving revenue growth, and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction. Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve and exceed sales targets
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand market share and drive revenue growth
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide ongoing training and development opportunities for team members
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to optimize sales processes and enhance customer experience
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and suppliers
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
  • Proven track record of success in sales management, with at least 5 years of experience in a similar role
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
  • Solid understanding of sales processes and techniques, with a focus on consultative selling
  • Knowledge of the solar energy industry and renewable energy products (preferred)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
