Loan Servicing Escrow Lead - Gillespie, Il

Gillespie, IL

United Community Bancorp is in search of an Escrow Lead to be located in the Gillespie, IL Loan Servicing Department.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Print and sort annual escrow account statements

  • Review annual escrow statements for accuracy and mail to customers

  • Prepare various letters and forms to be sent with escrow statements

  • File and image annual escrow statements and other escrow documents

  • Process escrow surplus checks, escrow shortage payments and insurance refunds

  • Handle payment schedule changes and other maintenance in loan system

  • Submit ACH and auto debit changes in loan maintenance queue

  • Open and process daily escrow mail and payments

  • Process and mail paid note statements and escrow refunds

  • Handle requests to add or cancel escrow accounts

  • Answer phones and assist customers with questions about escrow accounts

  • Create monthly merge letters and mail to customers

  • Run monthly escrow reports and work the reports together with the escrow team

  • Review new loan escrow disclosures and escrow addenda's for accuracy

Education and/or Experience: High school degree or equivalent

Computer Skills: Required - Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint)

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: None required.
