Job description
Summary:
- Process basic cash receipt and payment services. Also processes a variety of customer account transactions, as well as other customer service requests.
Duties:
- Accurately conduct teller transactions in a timely manner, to include:
- Deposits and withdrawals.
- Transfers.
- Loan Payments.
- Loan Payoffs (with assistance from Loan Operations).
- Maintain an acceptable balance/audit record as outlined by the banks Over/Short policy.
- Participate in bank wide and branch specific meetings.
- Contribute directly to the growth of the branch by cross selling bank products and services as well as recognizing opportunities to make referrals to appropriate branch staff.
- Assist in daily balancing and processing of ATM and the vault.
