Main Responsibilities
- Support laboratory management by contributing with:
- Conduct housekeeping (e.g., Autoclave loads, Depyrogenation ovens, Daily stocking, Dishwashing).
- Microbial Testing of Cleaning Rinse Samples - Bioburden and LAL.
- Documentation tasks:
- Logbook Review (Balance, Bioburden, Autoclave, etc.).
- Ensure compliance with training and keep training binder updated.
- Complies with safety practices; ensures the collection and proper disposal of hazardous waste from laboratory instruments.
- Generates and maintains a positive, professional attitude toward work and willingness to cooperate with co-workers and managers.
- Demonstrates timeliness and accuracy in completion of assigned tasks.
- Demonstrates understanding and adherence to Client policies, safety procedures and the cGMPs.
- Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability that enhances a successful team-oriented environment under very dynamic conditions.
Education/Skills:
- Bachelor’s Degree. Microbiology or Biological Sciences preferred.
- Previous experience in microbiological testing required.
- Previous laboratory experience is required.
- Previous experience in Quality control or in GMP environment is preferred.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Good organizational skills.
