The Mission & Your Role:
We are seeking a full-time team player as a business and operations administrator. This position will play an integral role in the organizational strength of our company. Supporting the leadership team, sports, sales, events and marketing productions this position is focused on achieving client and project management success across general administrative management.
Major Responsibilities and Related Duties Include:
- Organize back office operations and procedures such as information management, filing systems, etc
- Maximize general productivity through proficient use of appropriate software applications
- Maintain contact with customers, ensuring high level of customer satisfaction, facilitating the collection of client assets and collateral for executing of client deliverables
- Provide ad-hoc support on projects small to large; this could include research, financial modeling, internal initiatives, new expansion explorations, and more. Step in where help is most needed.
- Helps make the leadership team more productive by prioritizing, organizing agendas, taking minutes, and chasing down action items.
- Drafts letters, emails, reports, and other correspondence on behalf of leadership
- Client success with project management of inputting deliverables, deadlines and account receivable assistance
- Oversee office staff functions, including office supply levels, equipment maintenance, procedures manuals, forms, and direct cross training of staff
- Ensures timely and effective completion of projects and initiatives.

- Strong technical skills (i.e., google docs, asana, and other admin systems)
- Excellent interpersonal skills both written and oral
- Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple objectives in a fast-paced environment while delivering quality outcomes
- Able to see how small details flow into the larger plan and ability to make decisions accordingly
