Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation and Management: Oversee inbound communication, CRM entries, and status updates.
- Sales & Marketing Support: Coordinate appointments, inventory management, and branded materials.
- Client Engagement: Visit job sites, assist with online reviews, and field concerns or questions.
- Administrative Support: Phone/email management, printing branded materials, handling 'Sample by Mail programs, and supporting other departmental activities.

Full-time Office Position based at our Ashland, MA headquarters. While the role primarily requires in person attendance, there may be flexibility to work from home during weekend hours upon manager's discretion for customer coordination tasks.
After initial training period, working days will be Wednesday through Sunday
