Metro Service Group is hiring for a Diesel Mechanic. Responsibilities include but not limited to:


  • Determines vehicle condition by running diagnostic tests
  • Maintains diesel equipment operation by completing inspections and preventive maintenance requirements
  • Correcting vehicle deficiencies
  • Making adjustments and alignments - Keep records
  • Rebuilding engines
  • Ordering parts


Requirements and Qualifications:


  • 2 years of diesel mechanic experience
  • Must possess valid CDL License
  • Must be able to pass background check and pre-employment drug test
  • Clean driving record
  • Have own tools
  • Must be able to work various shifts
  • Must have transportation to and from work

  • New Orleans, LA
