- Proficiency with a version control system (such as Git)
- Scripting (e.g., Bash, Golang, Java, JavaScript, Perl, Python or Ruby)
- Databases such as SQL, NoSQL (such as Cassandra, Kafka or MongoDB) or similar
- Containerization (such as Kubernetes or Docker)
Nice To Have But Not Required
- Understanding of networking concepts (such as Firewalls, NAT, Port, Subnetting, VPC, VPNs)
- Configuration management systems (such as Ansible, Chef, Puppet, Jenkins, SaltStack or Terraform)
