Job Description:
Job SummaryThis position works with the internal management team and the general public to process outbound shipments. He/She processes incoming packages for the general public to pick up at UPS facilities.
Responsibilities:
- Delivers outstanding customer service to walk-in customers and telephone inquiries.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma, GED, or International equivalent
- Ability to work varying shifts, additional hours, and or overtime depending on service needs
- Ability to lift up to 70 lbs./32 kgs.
- Ability to work cooperatively in a diverse environment
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook
