Campers Inn RV is looking for a Service Advisor/Writer. This role works with customers to schedule service work and communicate any additional service needed.

Essential Job Functions
This list of duties and responsibilities is not all inclusive and may be expanded to include other duties and responsibilities as management may deem necessary from time to time.
- Identifies RV problems and services by listening to customer’s description of symptoms
- Verifies warranty and service contract coverage by examining records and papers; explaining provisions and exclusions
- Develops estimates by costing materials, supplies, and labor; calculating customer’s payment, including deductibles
- Prepares repair orders (RO)
- Handles customer complaints and maintains high customer satisfaction standards
- Periodically checks on the progress of the vehicle during servicing and contacts the customer as needed to keep them up to date with their RV’s status
Qualifications
- Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent is required
- Experience:
- A minimum of one year’s RV service experience preferred
- Abilities:
- Demonstrated excellent oral and written communications skills, along with excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, as required is essential. Hours may include, evenings, and weekends
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable and strong work ethic
- Commitment to superior customer service
- Ability to work independently as well as on a team
- Self-motivated and able to work under minimal supervision
- Ability to use a computer and other office equipment
- Proficient with MS Office
- Knowledge or ability to learn company systems applications, including Motility Systems2K, and other software applicable
- Ability to safely handle solvents and chemicals
- Ability to move RVs of various sizes
- Ability to organize various physical tasks through adjusting, climbing ladders, connecting, lifting, pulling, pushing, or bending
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Ability to reach above shoulders and lift a minimum of 50 pounds
